1st Real Weight Check-in

Okay, the results are in … 12.7 pounds lost in the first month.

I must say, it was a little easier than what I thought (don’t shoot the messenger). But, when you are so overweight like I am, I suppose the first poundage lost will be easy compared to future months ahead.

The “eat less” strategy while concentrating on NOT mindlessly eating paid “off.” I will keep this new lifestyle choice going forward. It really wasn’t all that hard to eat a 6″ sub versus a 12″ … or go through the drive-thru without GOING LARGE.
