Guidelines


Benjamin Squad

Goal: To lose 100 pounds and to keep it off for at least 100 days.

Rules:

  • Must lose at least 5 pounds per month and try not to lose any more than 13 pounds for the month.
  • Only get 3 strikes or you’re off the team – everyone has to do their team role!
  • If you strike out (get three strikes), then you must wait 100 days and then start at the 1st of the next month to try again.
  • Weigh-ins are on the last day of the month. Must use the same scale from the beginning to the end (unless it breaks our something). You must report in your monthly weight to the Coach via email and a picture of your scaled-weight at the end of the month to remain as a candidate.
  • Once you lose the 100 pounds you enter the “Count Down” phase. You must keep to that weight or less for 100 days with weigh-ins at the end of the each month and then at the 100-day point. If you complete this toughest-of-tasks, then you are invited to join the I’m a RAM as a lifetime member. If you don’t keep the weight off, then you can feel good about the weight you lost, but, unfortunately, you would not be an official RAM Club member and the Benji-Squad level.

Quarter Short Squad

Goal: To lose 75 pounds and to keep it off for at least 75 days.

Rules:

  • Must lose at least 4 pounds per month and try not to lose any more than 13 pounds for the month.
  • Only get 3 strikes or you’re off the team – everyone has to do their team role!
  • If you strike out (get three strikes), then you must wait 75 days and then start at the 1st of the next month to try again.

If you complete this toughest-of-tasks, then you are invited to join the I’m a RAM as a lifetime member. If you don’t keep the weight off, then you can feel good about the weight you lost, but, unfortunately, you would not be an official RAM Club member at the Quarter-Short Squad level.

Half-Benji Squad

Goal: To lose 50 pounds and to keep it off for at least 50 days.

Rules:

  • Must lose at least 3 pounds per month and try not to lose any more than 13 pounds for the month.

Quarter Squad

Goal: To lose 25 pounds and to keep it off for at least 25 days.

  • Must lose at least 2 pounds per month and try not to lose any more than 13 pounds for the month.
  • Only get 3 strikes or you’re off the team – everyone has to do their team role!
  • If you strike out (get three strikes), then you must wait 25 days and then start at the 1st of the next month to try again.

Ram Fan

Come and join us by being a RAM Fan. Maybe you are already fit … great! Maybe you aren’t fit but aren’t ready to commit yourself … that is okay. But, come and join us as a RAM Fan, tell us who you are wanting to support. Go to contacts and follow the instructions to register.
