Nutrition Plan for the Month: Eat Less and No Mindless Eating (see previous post).

The number one lesson learned: it is much easier to lose weight than it is to keep it off. Okay, so I lost 100 pounds and was able to report as such in September of 2022. Well, it’s May of 2024, and I’ve gained 50 pounds of it back — it’s time to get back to it.

So, I’M BACK to to document my newest goal: to lose 25 pounds in the next 6 months — 1 May to 1 November, it is my new goal to lose 25 pounds … essentially, 1 pound a week … 4 pounds a month.

My plan of attack is to do what worked before: at the 1st of each month, do some sort of weight-loss strategy … and at the 15th of each month, do some sort of physical activity. I can’t do the same thing over and over … I need a variety and something new to look forward to; so, this is my strategy going forward.

If you would like to join me, come on board and establish your weight-loss goal. Mine will take me right before the holidays — when I get to that point, I will need to strategize on how to maintain the loss.

There have been many who have made their comebacks … here I come!!!!!
