Mid-Month 1st Check

Although it isn’t official until the end of the month, it is important to do a mid-month check just to make sure things are on track. Today I weighed myself and I am down 5 pounds using my Eat Less method. Granted, my starting weight is a lot and guys have a tendency to lose weight easier … especially at the beginning, but, I must admit, it wasn’t too hard to “Eat Less.” For example, yesterday I went to Publix and ordered a 1/2 roast beef sub versus my usual full sub. I must confess, I stared at the price differences and how enticing it was to just upgrade to a full sub; but, I am trying to stick to the plan and reduce what I normally eat. The thing is, I found myself feeling full with a 1/2 sub concentrating on eating slower than I usually do. I realize I have a very long journey ahead; but, so far it is sort of fun.

    Good job Kurt! One day at a time ! Bu cutting your intake you are at a caloric deficit which is what you need to drop the weight. šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ’ŖšŸ»
