Month 2 of 5: June Nutrition Plan

May saw a decrease of weight from 246 to 241 … just barely made the 5 pound loss … but, I did it. Moving on …

For June, my nutrition plan is to stop drinking cokes (again) and combine that with no mindless eating. I will admit, soft drinks get the best of me and I can down them rather easily. Do I have a soft-drink addiction? Perhaps. It is a real thing.

One of the keys with losing weight, however, is not to replace cokes with other high-calorie drinks — this is not easy to do as I find myself desiring more than just water all too often. Hopefully, with this combination and adding good workouts, I will prevail with my quest to lose 5 pounds per month.
